Today is the 1st day (Sunday) of the 1st week of my 46th year. Given that all cells are replaced, at differing rates but convening every 7 years & I am in the 7th Septave of my life ( of as few as 11 & as many as 17 septaves) , so I could use diet, exercise, mentality & attitude to turn on various gene expressions physically inclusive of every cell: Become a whole new person literally.
I proclaim today to be the 1st day of the rest of my life.
