  1. I’m definitely in the 2nd half… and I’m committed to be ALIVE the whole entire time.
    My fitness has lost its priority and I’m reclaiming that.

  3. Today is the 1st day (Sunday) of the 1st week of my 46th year. Given that all cells are replaced, at differing rates but convening every 7 years & I am in the 7th Septave of my life ( of as few as 11 & as many as 17 septaves) , so I could use diet, exercise, mentality & attitude to turn on various gene expressions physically inclusive of every cell: Become a whole new person literally.
    I proclaim today to be the 1st day of the rest of my life.
