Fran Tarkenton is a winner. You may recognize the name Fran Tarkenton from his football days – as an Atlanta Falcon and Minnesota Viking. Fran was known as The Mad Scrambler, Sir Francis, and Frantic Fran. He set passing records that stood for decades. And was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame in 1986.
