Hi all! My goal is to become the person that I want like to attract. My career is fantastic, on track and I love all aspects of my work life. With my 40 day goal I want to do some sort of physical exercise for at least an hour and at least 4 times a week (gym, tennis, jogging etc.) Because this goal needs to be realistic, I am not opting for every day but am open to anything that happens outside my goal, just nothing less. I feel as if this will ignite other aspects of my life as far as self confidence in social settings and finding that special someone. No more being comfortable feeling uncomfortable!!!!! Good luck everyone!
I am reminded that I am truly blessed and very thankful for this 40 days of Focus to concentrate on my BEST SELF and the ripple effects of blessing that I can be responsible for.

I’m committing to 1 hour a day dedicated to exercise. My schedule definitely allows for this shift change to “do it”. Its my personal time away from everything to go for a run, get to the gym and get energized. Lazy is dying over the next 40 days.
8 days in and I am seeing momentum shifts in my daily production, satisfaction and relative peace. Can’t wait to see where I am in 40 days!

My list of outcomes are to increase prosperity in my practice (72K), personal peace, and workflow efficiency.
So I decided to start in my 40 days setting aside 30 minutes per day for self in Rich so I decided to start in my 40 days setting aside 30 minutes per day for self enrichment. That time doesn’t all have to be taken at once, He can’t be taking over different intervals throughout the day. The most important part is that I’m taking time out for myself and prayer.
